Developing the Culture
An organizational culture is reflected in common behavior patterns (what happens when people meet), organizational values, beliefs, personal attitudes and preferences (what drives behavior). Conscious development of culture increase employee retention, improve productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction. Some of the cultures we have facilitated are that of trust and learning. Initiatives such as these require a high degree of involvement from the senior management team. Tureeya’s facilitation role will be to motivate employees to own and act in ways that develops the culture. Through awareness of personal and organizational goals, motivated individuals and teams define and execute self-initiated and self-driven organization wide programs that propel the organization towards its business goals.
