This workshop examines various kinds of workplace conflict. It analyzes the feelings, perceptions and actions arising from conflicts and proposes different ways to resolve conflicts. These are adapted from the Thomas Kilnman® style of conflict resolution.

- Equips participants with skills necessary to convert a conflict into constructive discontent.
